Buying Guide: Keyboard & Mouse for GTA 6
Worth saying plainly: GTA 6 has no confirmed PC release date. Rockstar has only announced PS5 and Xbox Series X|S so far, following the same pattern as GTA V, which reached PC about eighteen months after consoles. If you're buying a keyboard and mouse specifically for GTA 6, that purchase is early by at least a year, possibly more.
That said, a good keyboard and mouse outlast any single game. Mechanical switches hold up better over years of use than membrane keyboards, and a mouse with adjustable DPI and a comfortable grip matters for any game with fast camera movement, which GTA titles have always had on PC.
If you already game on PC for other titles, buying quality gear now is reasonable. Buying it purely in anticipation of GTA 6 specifically isn't.
