By visiting or using gtaready.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

2. About This Site

GTA Ready is an independent, fan-made resource covering Grand Theft Auto VI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure (including attempts to bypass security or submit automated traffic)
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our forms, comments, or voting features
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

4. User Submissions

Some parts of the Site let you submit information, such as our contact form, newsletter signup, and community wishlist voting. By submitting anything through these features, you confirm it's accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may use community wishlist votes in aggregate, publicly displayed, form (as vote counts) without attributing them to you individually.

5. Intellectual Property

The articles, database entries, guides, graphics, and original content we publish on GTA Ready are our own work and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to our pages or quote a short excerpt with credit and a link back, but republishing our content in full without permission isn't allowed.

Screenshots, artwork, trailers, and other Grand Theft Auto VI assets referenced or shown on this Site remain the property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, used here for commentary and informational purposes.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to official Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive channels, social media, and occasionally other third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

7. Accuracy of Information

GTA Ready covers an unreleased game, and much of what we report is based on leaks, rumors, and information that can change without notice. We work to verify what we publish and clearly label speculation as such, but we can't guarantee that every detail on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the Site should be treated as an official statement from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
